MASTECTOMY
Recovery has enough unknowns. Your clothing shouldn’t.
Front-opening access and secure drain support — made for comfort, so you can still feel like yourself.
A full front zipper and fleece-lined warmth — this hoodie opens completely without lifting arms overhead, while interior pockets keep drain bulbs and tubing secure and hidden. Cozy enough for the couch, put-together enough for the clinic waiting room, and cut with extra ease...
This two-piece pajama set has internal pockets sewn inside the top to hold surgical drains securely, keeping tubing tucked away and hands free — no pinning drains to waistbands. The top opens fully at the front, so it goes on and off without reaching...
A smooth front zipper opens this full-sleeve top from the collar down — no reaching overhead, no pulling fabric across the chest. Interior pockets hold JP and Blake drain bulbs secure and out of sight, keeping tubing managed under an everyday-looking shirt. A practical...
Snaps run down both sides from underarm to hem, so this V-neck tee opens completely flat — it goes on and comes off without pulling anything over the head. Lay it on, snap it closed, done. The full side openings also make room for...
Hidden snaps on both the left and right sides mean this crew-neck tee opens wherever it's needed — either side, a few snaps or the full length. That flexibility makes dressing easier with limited mobility and gives clear access for dialysis, infusions, or post-surgery...
Tearaway snaps on every side open this tank fully without lifting the arms — and hidden interior pockets hold up to four JP drain bulbs secure and out of sight. It reads as a regular everyday tank while quietly handling the practical side of...
Snaps at the shoulders, arms, and sides let this crew-neck shirt open exactly where it's needed — for lines, drains, monitors, or dressing with limited movement — without pulling anything over the head. Multi-point snap access: shoulders, arms, and sides Opens flat for dressing...
Treatment days are easier with clothing made for them. The Dialysis & Infusion Day Set brings together access-ready pieces with zip and snap openings right at the arms — so care teams can reach what they need while everything else stays covered and comfortable....
Warm layers with the same easy access — long sleeves that open fully without any overhead lifting. Two All-Access Recovery Shirts bring full-length coverage for colder months, while the Shoulder Snaps Tee layers underneath or stands alone on milder days. Every piece snaps open,...
Three tops that open with snaps instead of going overhead — a simple rotation for the weeks when getting dressed needs to be easy. Two Dual Side Access Tees open along either side, so the set works no matter which arm is limited, and...
Five pieces, one full week covered. The Full Week Kit is a complete rotation of access-ready clothing — warm hoodies, a lightweight layer, and snap-open long sleeve tees — so there's always something clean and comfortable ready for the next appointment. Every piece opens...

Perfect for double mastectomy
Perfect for double mastectomy. Not sure what I would have done without it. Much better than the items provided with insurance. So soft and easy to wear and comfortable.
I should have bought 2
I didn’t expect to wear this except during recovery but it was the only thing I wanted to wear so I never wanted to get out of it. It’s cozy feeling. Holds and conceals the drains well. It’s easy to get in and out of and I like that they have fabric that covers the edges of the zipper on the top and bottom so it doesn’t scratch you.
A must with a mastectomy
They had a bilateral mastectomy in March and I purchased the sweatshirt after reading the reviews. It is what I basically lived in for two weeks. I felt like it was very comfortable to wear and it had the pockets and Velcro in all the right places.
This definitely make those two weeks after surgery much easier
An Absolute Necessity
I bought this for my friend who had a double mastectomy. She had three drains with the little bubble type receptacles. The hospital doesn’t even provide anything to contain the drains. My friend was so very grateful for this hoodie. No more safety pinning the drains to her compression bra or trying to hold the tubes up while using the restroom.

FAQs
At minimum: a front-opening top you can get on without raising your arms, and a drain carrier. You'll have surgical drains for 1-3 weeks and regular clothes don't accommodate them. A seatbelt pillow is also worth having for the ride home from the hospital — the seatbelt sits right across your surgical site and it's more painful than most people expect.
You can — but buttons are hard to manage one-handed or with limited arm mobility. Our tops use snaps, tearaway openings, and magnetic closures that are much easier to handle when you're sore, swollen, or still groggy from anesthesia. They're also made with soft fabric that won't irritate your incision site.
The Soft Armor Tank is a cotton blend with tearaway snaps on all sides — it opens completely for full access. The Ribbed Tank has a button-front opening with large armholes for comfort and swelling. Some people prefer one over the other depending on their surgery and what feels best — that's why our Summer Recovery Kit includes both so you can figure out what works for your body.
They serve different purposes. Mastectomy recovery tops open at the chest and sides for surgical access and drain management. Chemo tops open at the port site for infusion access. Our Mastectomy + Chemo Kit includes both so you're covered for surgery recovery and treatment sessions without buying everything separately.
The Recovery Belt & Shower Holder Set has two parts. The belt holds your surgical drains securely against your body so they're not dangling or pulling — you can move around the house, sleep, and get dressed without worrying about them. The shower holder keeps drains out of the way while you bathe. Most people use them for the full 1-3 weeks until drains are removed.
After mastectomy, the seatbelt crosses right over your surgical site. Even a short car ride to a follow-up appointment can be painful. The Seatbelt Recovery Pillow sits between you and the belt to cushion that pressure. Most people don't think about this until they're in the car for the first time — plan ahead.
It depends on your surgery and your body. Most people find they need adaptive clothing for at least 2-4 weeks — longer if they're also going through chemo or reconstruction. Even after you can technically wear regular clothes, a lot of people stick with front-opening tops because they're just easier and more comfortable while everything heals. There's no rush.
The Mastectomy Essentials kit is the safest bet — it covers the immediate needs without overthinking it. If you know they're also doing chemo, the Mastectomy + Chemo Kit covers both. If you're not sure about sizing, go one size up to allow room for swelling and bandages, or grab a gift card and let them choose.
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Every piece is built for frequent washing — the snaps, closures, and fabric all hold up because we know these are daily recovery wear, not occasional-use clothing.
