What we built — and why
Infusion fluids run cooler than your body, and the room is air-conditioned on top of it. Most patients say the cold is the first surprise — and many also have anaemia, which compounds it. A blanket helps but doesn't solve sleeve access. Our Comfort Hoodies are warm throughout, and the full sleeve zip opens completely for port or PICC line access without removing the garment or letting cold air in.
For port and line access, the access arm needs to stay relatively still for the full 3–4 hours. That means whatever you're reading, watching, or doing happens one-handed. Our garments are designed for this reality — sleeve access that opens fully, fabric that doesn't bunch or restrict the stationary arm, and nothing that needs both hands to manage. Small details that matter across 150+ sessions a year.
