Order your usual size. We designed the rest.
Our garments are cut with real recovery in mind — room for swelling, dressings, drains, and easy access — without you having to size up or guess. Here's how to measure, and everything you need to feel confident before you order.

Our fit philosophy
Order your usual size. If you're normally a medium in everyday clothing, order a medium here. You don't need to size up.
Every piece is intentionally cut to make room for what recovery actually involves — gentle ease around the chest and abdomen for swelling and dressings, softer armholes for limited range of motion, and openings placed for port, drain, and IV access. That room is built into the pattern, not something you have to create by ordering a larger size.
The result is clothing that feels like it fits you — not like a hospital gown two sizes too big.

How to measure
Grab a soft tape measure and, if you can, a helper. Measure over light clothing and keep the tape level and comfortably snug — not tight.
Bust / chest: around the fullest part, under the arms.
Waist: around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
Hips: around the fullest part, standing with feet together.
If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one for the gentlest ease — but you truly don't need to size up beyond your normal range.
Size reference
Our sizing runs from XS through 3X+. Use the guides below to match your measurements to a size. When your measurements fall across two columns, go with the size that fits your largest measurement.
Measure over light layers
Measure over a thin top or bare skin — not over a coat or bulky sweater — so your numbers reflect your true size.
Keep the tape level
Hold the tape parallel to the floor and comfortably snug. If it's digging in or drooping, your reading will be off.
Between sizes? Size up gently
If you land between two sizes, choose the larger of the two for the most comfortable ease — especially early in recovery.

Easy-access features don't require sizing up
Drain pockets, snap and magnetic closures, side-zips, and port openings are all engineered into your normal size. They add access and function without adding bulk.
So you can order the size you'd usually wear and still have room for dressings, drains, and easy dressing and undressing. The thoughtful design does the work — you don't have to compensate for it.
“It fit right out of the box — roomy where I needed it, but it still looked like something I'd actually choose to wear.”
