Speed & cost
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days. It's free on orders over $100 (most kits clear that on their own); a flat rate applies under that. Need it faster? Expedited at checkout arrives in about 3 business days.
Ordering around a date
Have a surgery or first-treatment date? Order 5–7 days ahead so everything arrives, gets washed, and can be tried on with time to spare. Most people tell us they wish they'd ordered a little sooner.
Ship anywhere it's needed
Send it to your home, a hospital, or a care facility. Gifts ship with prices kept off the packing slip, and you can add a note at checkout.
Processing & tracking
Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order ships.
